Meet Michelle Vroegh. Michelle has the beautiful ability hold space and offer wisdom that moves you to your core. Michelle is the co-creator and facilitator of our Soulcation retreats. Michelle resides in Noel, Nova Scotia where she has manifested and created a beautiful "Little Goddesses"workshop for adolescent young ladies ages 11-16.

Meet Jade Burgess. Her joy is as contagious as her heart filled energy. Jade resides in Windsor, Nova Scotia where she is an active part of the community. She teaches regular Yoga and Yogercise classes at the Cedar centre in Windsor. She's also a certified Reiki instructor and Soul Coach. We are so lucky to have Jades infectious energy with us at our Soulcation retreats to facilitate our Yoga on the beach and provide soul uplifting coaching sessions.
